Brad Keeps Cheating Convo Alive

We had hoped Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, and Angelina Jolie would have resolved to stop blabbing about their love triangle in 2009, but alas, they just can’t help themselves! Brad is the latest to offer his opinion on his bed-hopping, telling W magazine that there’s no truth to the rumors of him bedding Angie while he was still married.

“What people don’t understand is that we filmed ['Mr. & Mrs. Smith'] for a year. We were still filming after Jen Aniston and I split up. Even then it doesn’t mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t. I’m very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful.”

We recall Jen calling some comments Angelina made about her and Brad falling in love on-set “uncool,” so we suspect she might also disagree with Brad’s definition of respect. Yet the actor insists he and his former honey are still cool. “Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart,” he told the mag. “I think she got dragged into that one, and then there’s a second round to all that Angie versus Jen. It’s so created,” he insists. “We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don’t see how there cannot be [that]. That’s life, man. That’s life.”

Who would have guessed that Lindsay Lohan’s song “Rumors” was such a prescient masterpiece when it was released in 2004? The tune’s lyrics — “I’m tired of rumors starting, I’m sick of being followed” — have never been more applicable, as Lindsay has started a war with the tabloids via her MySpace blog over rumors that she’s ended things with her elfish, turn tablin’ girlfriend, Samantha Ronson. E! Online reported yesterday that Linds had moved her flannel shirts and Chanel bags out of Sam’s house following numerous fights, and TMZ simply said the pair was “officially history.” ZOMG!

But Lindsay isn’t having it, and the unemployed actress spent some time between shopping sprees getting out her anger on Myspace. “RUMORS,” a short yet poignant piece that targets the tabloid talk, is the title of her finest work of prose yet. We’ll let LiLo (whose writing skills rival that of an 8-year-old Jonas Brothers fan hyped up on Adderall) have the last word.

Gentlemen (and hopeful ladies), form an orderly queue as Katy Perry is seeing in 2009 as a single lady. The British papers are reporting that she’s called it a day with boyfriend of two years, Travis McCoy, after what else — a “series of rows”. (Surely not? Arguments leading to the end of a relationship? No way!) Cue loads of cheesy headlines, ‘I dissed a boy’ etc etc.

“It’s sad, but they were fighting a lot in recent months because they never saw each other. When somebody becomes very famous very quickly their relationship usually suffers. She’s going through such a huge time at the moment so needs to be on her own,” reports the News of the World.

Even juicier (we love the Internet), Travis has posted his post-dump rage on his blog, composing a rant where he slates his ex for treating him like a “burnt piece of bacon” (?) and “you don’t like the fact that I’m me.” It opens:

“We fight every night, now that’s not kosher
I reminisce [sic] with bliss of when we was closer
And wake up to be greeted by an argument again
You act like you’re ten”

Madonna is not the only one who can move on with a new hottie and leave her divorce in the dust. Guy Ritchie is reportedly getting hot and heavy with millionaire heiress Jemima Khan, UK newspaper The Telegraph reveals.

“They have become very fond of each other,” a mutual pal claims.

Last week, Guy and Jemima reportedly attended a party at the home of Matthew Freud, who is married to Rupert Murdoch’s daughter Elisabeth. Other A-listers in attendance included Mick Jagger, Kevin Spacey, Stella and Mary McCartney, and Trudie Styler, who ironically played matchmaker to Guy and Madonna, introducing the former couple in 1999.

Hugh Hefner thinks Jennifer Aniston looks red hot in nothing but a red, white, and blue tie on the cover of GQ, but for his magazine he would also like to see her ex-hubby’s babymama Angelina Jolie.

“This looks like the cover of Playboy. I’m much impressed by Jennifer,” Hef said of John Mayer’s girlfriend.

“Is it just me, or is Jennifer Aniston getting hotter?” Hef asks. Although he has seen plenty of naked ladies, he says he has “never seen her in this light before.”

Although his love life has always been tumultuous: from his 10-year off-and-on street walker infested relationship with Elizabeth Hurley to his recently fizzled out romance with heiress Jemima Khan, Hugh Grant reportedly feels qualified to play matchmaker among his friends. “He’s really into it,” laughs a Columbia student whose father has reportedly been targeted by Mr. Cupid himself.

“He’s like ‘I have great single friends. You don’t know enough women, let me set you up!’” the student reveals.

Apparently Hugh is very matter-of-fact about it, like it is a side business for him.

But what about Hugh’s own love life? His ex Elizabeth Hurley has moved on, wedding Arun Nayar last year, and Jemima has reportedly been introduced to a very eligible bachelor herself.  Could his new matchmaking hobby be distracting him from his own romance troubles? As if Alan Rosenberg didn’t have enough to deal with right now. The Screen Actors Guild president and his wife, CSI’s Marg Helgenberger, are separating. “After 19 years of marriage, Marg and Alan have decided to take some time apart,” said a representative of the actress. “They love and respect each other and remain committed to their family.”

The couple, who married in 1989, first met when Rosenberg was a guest star on Ryan’s Hope, a soap starring Helgenberger. According to an Entertainment Tonight interview with the couple in 2005, the pair ran into each other years later in line at a bank. Rosenberg has been a regular on several TV shows, including LA Law, Cybil, Chicago Hope and The Guardian, while Helgenberger starred on China Beach and movies like Species and Erin Brokovich before joining the cast of CSI.

Yvette Lopez is a six time Playboy model, having posed for their special editions, sexy Latin ladies, and lingerie issues, as well as having graced the pages of Maxim, FHM, and a slew of billboards and runways. Although Yvette has actually not had the shocking experience, still she says she can relate.  “I have dated gay men. You’re bound to hook up with a gay man or two,” Yvette tells Scandalist. Linda Hogan is all out of money, says her attorney. Despite receiving $40,000 per month in temporary alimony payments from ex-husband Hulk Hogan, Linda is reportedly tapped out. Yesterday, Linda’s attorney requested a judge in Clearwater, Florida to set a hearing next month to discuss unfreezing some of the divorcing couple’s assets for Linda’s use. Not so fast, says Hulk’s attorney. “They have to tell me why she’s out of money. They have to show me in bank statements.”

Judge George W. Greer also ordered Hulk to pay for cable, pest control, and window washing at the Florida home where she currently resides but not her requested security, which he says is not Hulk’s responsibility. What could Linda possibly be spending $40,000 per month on? Could it be hot pants for her daughter Brooke Hogan, trips to Los Angeles with her boy toy, or possibly welcome home presents for Nicky? Holly Madison has been sporting less makeup and a fresher face lately. What’s the reason behind this au naturale look? Holly says, “I think the breakup is partially the reason. The truth is, I barely wear lip gloss anymore because I’m always making out with my boyfriend, so it comes off in two-and-a-half seconds. Apparently, I wasn’t making out with Hef as much.” Ouch! This is the second time Holly has made a swipe at her ex Hugh Hefner in public, after calling him “high maintenance” earlier this month.
