The dust seemed to have cleared after the death of Smith’s 20-year-old son Daniel, from an overdose of prescription pills and methodone, and her commitment ceremony to lawyer and long-time pal Howard K. Stern. Then Smith’s lifeless body was found in a Florida hotel room in February 2007. The autopsy showed she had suffered an accidental overdose of prescription medication — none of which had actually been prescribed to her. Then things got really weird.
Stern took custody of Smith’s infant daughter Dannielynn, whose paternity was contested by ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead. After a court battle and DNA test proving Birkhead was the father, Stern surrendered custody. Then a book alleged that Birkhead and Stern were really lovers. And then our heads exploded. — Charles Bottomley

The story only gets stranger as time goes on, no questions really answered, just more needing to be. It is a shame Anna was surrounded buy such low life losers.. Now poor little Dannielynn is surrounded by the same shady characters.

The stink on this crap continues to grow. Those who have followed this case beginning with the murder of Daniel have slowly come to realize that NOTHING is as it’s portrayed to be. Larry the sperm donor? How do we really know. Both Larry and Howard are liars…..if you put a picture of Dannielynn between a Picture of Larry Birkhead and Ben Thompson, the person she strongly resembles is Ben Thompon. Don’t drink the koolaid until you have it tested for hallucigens.

Does anyone know if they have ever placed a tombstone on their grave yet? I visited the grave, last year while on a cruise, and it seemed so sad and looked like no one cared.

Oh, Anna, Anna, Anna Nicole, you were so outrageous, but, very much missed.
I hope for the day you and Daniel can rest In Peace. I hate that there are so many law suits still going on and you both will be drug through the mud even more. Now even a suit with the guy who helped buy you the Home in the Bahamas. Also, some BDSM group who was out to hurt your Mom. Think of all the stuff that should be left unsaid, all going to come out in the public.
It will be worse than that book ever did to yours and Daniels reputation.
Prayers that one day you and your son will be able to rest in peace, and greedy people can move on and quit tarnishing you two with these law suits.
